This project came with one major challenge: time.
The client contacted JVD on November 13 needing a full suite of furniture removed before November 30. Given the size of the space and the short turnaround, careful coordination and fast execution were critical to meeting the deadline.
As planning progressed, the scope shifted. Instead of relocating multiple items, the final plan required a complete clearout of the space – with only a single conference table needing relocation and the remaining furniture responsibly removed and disposed of.

To meet the tight timeline, our team expedited the planning and dispatch process to secure sufficient labor availability before the end of the month. We worked quickly to adjust schedules and prepare for execution without sacrificing organization or safety.
By November 20, our crews were ready to begin work.
In Field/Execution
As the scope changed, JVD adapted immediately. We coordinated additional labor to ensure the job stayed on track and could be completed ahead of the client’s deadline.
