The Challenge
The client needed to fit three full desk stations into a compact room, while still maintaining a high level of privacy for each team member.
To create a functional layout within the limited space, we introduced several new product solutions — including one that was completely new to our team: freestanding sound-absorbing corner panel dividers.
Our Approach
In Office / Planning
In order to meet the privacy needs of our client in the confined space, we sourced a new standalone acoustic office screen divider system. This allowed us to fit all three workstations within the limited square footage while still ensuring individual privacy for each user.
In Field / Execution
Because the acoustic divider system and its assembly method were new to us, we took a proactive approach: Before arriving onsite, our installers unboxed, assembled, disassembled, and repackaged the new product in our warehouse.
This controlled environment allowed us to:
- Understand the assembly requirements
- Identify installation best practices
- Ensure stability and proper fit
- Arrive onsite fully prepared
As a result, installation day was smooth, efficient, and completed with full confidence in how the new products functioned.
The Result
The updated office now fits three stations comfortably and privately – achieving the client’s goals without overcrowding the room. The acoustic dividers blended seamlessly into the space and significantly improved workstation privacy.
